How Neve Jewels Scales to 8 Markets and Earned a PMA Nomination

Twelve Months, 8 Markets, Two Brands, One Award Nomination

It’s been just over a year since Summit began our onboarding of the Neve Jewels brands across both the affiliates and paid media channels, with each brand seeing some great results all round. Summit restructured the existing paid media accounts and had to start from the beginning with affiliates as it was not a channel the brands had previously explored. 

Launching Affiliate Marketing

In January 2025, Summit was tasked with building an affiliate channel for Neve Jewels, a brand-new territory for the client. 

The Goal: Be live by March 2025. 

The Result: Thanks to a seamless collaboration between the Summit and Webgains team, we beat expectations and recorded the first sales on 17th February. 

Revenue Impact: Since launch, the two brands have outperformed initial forecasts, driving over £2.2m in combined revenue in the first 12 months. 

Award-Winning Performance

This standout performance earned our programs a shortlisting for the 2026 Performance Marketing Awards (PMA) in the category of ‘Best Programme (Re)Launch or New-to-Market.’  

The nomination highlights our successful launch of ten programmes across eight international markets. 

Paid Media Strategy: Scaling ROAS Through Account Restructuring

Upon onboarding, Diamonds Factory UK underwent a total account overhaul to move toward a “modern search” framework. Our paid media experts implemented several high-impact changes: 

Smart Bidding & Performance Max: We migrated traditional Shopping campaigns to Performance Max and introduced smart bidding to prioritise high-value conversions. 

AI Max Testing: We utilised AI-driven testing to stay competitive in the Google SERP, rolling it out across Search campaigns after seeing conclusive performance lifts. 

Bid Strategy Optimisation: By utilising conversion value with target ROAS (tROAS), we saw significant growth in total returns. 

Brand Protection: We tested Target Impression Share strategies for brand and location terms, ensuring a dominant auction presence. 

The Results in Numbers

Our continuous testing and optimisation over the last 12 months delivered: 

  • +47% ROAS uplift Year-on-Year (YoY). 
  • +52% Revenue growth. 
  • +44% Conversion Rate (CR) improvement. 
  • +40% Increase in clicks, proving that efficiency gains did not come at the cost of traffic. 

A Successful First Year

Overall, the first year of partnership between Neve and Summit has been lucrative for all involved. The brands have seen impressive growth in all channels driven by the performance marketing expertise of Summit and our teams.
