Leading luxury department store chain Selfridges has appointed digital retail consultancy Summit.
The initial work covers a broad range of Summit’s comprehensive services including paid and natural search, shopping comparison, affiliate management,performance display and social media – including using the consultancy’s social CMS to power Selfridges social media properties.
Selfridges will also be working with Summit’s Insight team on an attribution model for online and in-store sales, and using its bi-directional planning & forecasting tool to improve budgeting and deliver demonstrable incremental sales.
