Tomas has 16 year’s experience working with retailers and automotive OEMs on their technology requirements for ecommerce. He has been part of Summit since 2002, and in 2004 set up Summit’s technology delivery centre in Prague. Tomas managed the delivery centre for the following 9 years, developing products and defining technology strategy for clients, as well as looking after Summit’s own technology products. In the last five years he has been focused on Automotive, delivering strategies to OEMs in selling online, technology, and omnichannel optimisation. In 2017, Tomas took on the role of Director of Automotive Technology (previously Director of Technology Strategy).
In addition to his automotive and retail experience, Tomas is proficient in innovation management, user experience, ecommerce and online marketing strategies, enterprise and solution architecture and integrations, product development and end-to-end project delivery management.
Tomas has been involved in hundreds of technology and ecommerce projects for clients including PSA Group, Jaguar Land Rover, Darty Group, Mars, Argos, Carpetright, Reckitt Benckiser, Comet, Microsoft, Panasonic, Dabs, Selfridges, John Lewis, 3 Mobile and many others.
Out of work, Tomas spends time with his family and two dogs. He loves cars and in his spare time, races Formulas and GT cars.
