Retail Week Live is a two-day event taking place at the Intercontinental O2 in London. Retail thought leaders will be sharing insights and strategies across three stages, and alongside multiple workshops and boardroom discussions attendees will experience a fully interactive exhibition where they will be able to touch, feel and play with the latest innovative technology and solutions.

Gametation: learn how a game can transform your customer acquisition and retention

Gametation has been running gamification marketing campaigns since 2012. It was built by Microsoft engineers and the first campaign ran in the Microsoft cafeteria in Redmond, USA.

Gametation has since run campaigns with some of the biggest retailers and QSR brands such as Burger King, Spar, Intermarché and McDonalds.

It might be a humble game, yet it has the power to drive millions of customers back to store and boost clients’ acquisition and retention numbers.
