About the role
A real opportunity to make an impact and implement change, driving the HR agenda across multiple offices for Summit. An experienced HRBP or HR Manager who can work both operationally and strategically to shape and execute the organisational and people plan; ensuring we have the right structure, capabilities and talent for the future while applying effective and rigorous measurement.
Working with the leadership teams, you will help ensure all areas of the business have the right conditions in place to achieve their performance and people goals. Sitting alongside all of this will be our core people processes and interventions that you will execute with care and efficiency, while always looking for opportunities for Human Resources to help make Summit a great place to work.

Having worked at a similar level previously with accountability for the full HR remit, you will have good experience in business partnering, employee relations, L&D and reward.
With the ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate cross functionally, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be able to influence and build effective working relationships, with experience of managing and developing a team. Solid IT skills with proficiency in MS Office is a given. Any background working in marketing or technology services would be beneficial but not essential.
