A Yorkshire girl, born and bred, Emma joined Summit in 2012 after almost 20 years working in retail and operations. Before joining Summit, Emma worked for retailer Comet, where she had many varied roles including contact centre management, resource planning, business change implementation and leading and developing large teams across sales, ecommerce and service.
Initially responsible for Summit’s Client Management Team, Emma now has operational responsibility for Online Marketing and Support functions in our UK and Prague offices. Emma ensures that we have highly trained and committed teams across our client base and she regularly challenges the status quo, keeping our Changemaker philosophy at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of work, Emma has a passion for posh cosmetics, good books and country music.
