Summit awarded ‘One to Watch’ status by Best Companies

Being a best company is about excelling in every area throughout the workplace

Summit has been awarded 'one to watch' status as part of the Best Companies/Sunday Times annual "Best Companies to Work For" research.

The accolade follows an extensive employee survey, in which Summit ranked highly in eight key areas such as company performance, leadership, management, personal growth and employee well-being.

Summit is now working closely with Best Companies to analyse the results in depth and put the findings into action across its three offices. Summit aims to rank in the Best Companies Top 100 list next year.
