The eCommerce Futures Conference 2012 brings together retail thought leaders from around Europe. Throughout a day of presentations, panels and workshops these experts will share their experiences of using the latest retail technologies to plan and implement agile, flexible and cost-effective eCommerce strategies.
The eCommerce Futures Conference 2012 is an exclusive one-day event developed for senior executives in online retail. Hosted by Summit along with Dell, AMD and Peer1 at the British Library, London on 16 May, and the conference will be a forum for senior online retailers to explore issues such as managing growth, whilst reducing costs and improving customer experience.
During this independent event, industry leaders will look at the emergence of new eCommerce platforms, including Magento (recently acquired by eBay). Can these platforms deliver on their promise of lower cost, greater flexibility and ability to perform at scale?
Amongst the speakers are Summit clients Ross Clemmow, Director of eCommerce and Multi-Channel Strategy at Argos and Maxime Taieb, Director of eCommerce Programs at KESA Europe. Summit’s CEO, Hedley Aylott will also be sharing his thoughts on “The killer innovations in online retailing that are shaping the future”.
