Training:

An integral part of an employee’s role at Summit is ensuring they have the relevant skills to both meet company objectives and have a successful and satisfying career. Regular communication between managers and staff, both formally and informally, ensures the strengths and weaknesses of an individual are recognised and appropriate resources made available for managing their career development.

All staff must keep an up to date Continual Professional Development Log, regulated externally by the Institute for Practitioners in Advertising. Training materials available to the whole company include:

» Microsoft Academy training.
» Suite of business skill courses accessible through a bespoke e-learning platform, including library resources, interactive simulations and certification exam.
» Ongoing access to appropriate exams and certificates recognised within the Industry.
» Regular in house-training sessions run by sector experts.
» Regular sharing of knowledge by all members of teams - especially those with specialist skills.
» External training courses both regionally and in London, knowledge sharing is essential after such events.
